i found out that casey jones is combination of a Trainwreck and Tai mother crossed with a Sour Diesel male. This makes it 80% Sativa and 20% Indica. Because of the Sativa dominance, the high is uplifting and trippy. the crapy thing is that they are geting to dam big im out of room

is that all the room you have? even for flowering? if it is you should have flowered them allready.

if its not: you should move them into a bigger area and cut off some of the smaller lower growth, the stuff thats not going to do anything. this way you get bigger and badder top cola's and you can take the good sized growth and make clones from them.

you should have moved them to flower long ago if you havent yet. casey jones stretches like crazy. I vegged for 1 week and my plants ended up about 4' Next time they will be getting no veg time. Great strain though huh? I love it, mold and pest resistant, and great smoke. not to mention how DANK she looks and smells :)

hey man, I'm currently growing Casey Jones as well. It will definately double to triple in height alone within the first few weeks of flowering! I like the idea of grabbing some clones off the girl. Maybe take some clones and once they're rooted switch them over immediately! FYI Casey will easily take 10 weeks to flower as well, I'm currently around three weeks away from harvesting mine. They didn't form huge buds in the beginning, but I've seen a lot of growth in the past couple weeks with the girls and am very excited to see how they turn out! Hope this helps.

You could trip off the lower so that the plant will just focus of the top colas formations. But the plant so thin with foliage I didn't because i figured that the light and air would penetrate and flow just fine. The lower branches are actually showing some nice bud formations on my girls and am happy i left em :bigjoint:
