Just setup 1000HPS and noticed a few ants with wings. Thought they were termites, did some research and they are carpenter ants. Pulled away some boards and found holes and the sawdust residue. Sprayed. 5 hours later the room was filled with hundreds of dead ants. It's early in the season for the ants reproduction cycle (which is when they have wings). Has anybody setup a grow and discovered a pest infestation? Has anybody dealt with carpenter ants? It's a legal grow, but I don't really want the exterminator over. Bought tons of bait traps and more spray for outside. It's a rental so if the house doesn't cave in within two years I'm golden!
