In the state of Oregon. Are 2 caregivers allowed to lived with each other and share a grow room...while each person can grow their max # of plants pertaining to their total patient count? From what I understand this is not possible in Colorado, but is it in Oregon?

Also, what does the law allow growers (caregivers and personal growers alike) to do with their excess buds? Can it be sold to a dispensary?

It is really frustrating for people from out of state to educate themselves in laws from state to state. Any help in where one can learn these sorts of things would be much appreciated, not only for CA but also for other states.

Thanks!

here in Ca we can only have 8oz personal. everything else is usually donated.
Yes dispensaries need quality, and where else would they get it.
I see ads on Craigslist of growers accepting donations for their overage.
Dispensaries usually can see a Vendor with their backpack coming across the parking lot.
Most shops will entertain you, they will see what you have.
Some growers/vendors run into getting ripped off. In my area everyone wants to consign your product.
So you hand it to them and they trickle your donation back to you.

for example. Drop a qp today , call us next Wednesday to see if some of it sold and if we have a payment for you.
Some places say call in two weeks when its gone we will pay you.
If you look around you might be able to find a shop that will work with you.

You can stop by a shop and inquire about if they are looking for quality vendors, use the word quality, and make a deal they are going to charge patients more than they have paid you. so try to keep it reasonable.

I wonder if you the vendor could say "the suggested retail price for this is $xx"
