carbonated water miniareal water? pros and cons, please

ok so i was going yo use some carbonated water and maybe some minireal water then i was advised not to, i was told carbonated water gives the plants co2 and also is good for foliage feeding the same with minareal watter any insight, please and thank you guys!!!:idea:

i think maybe i hit you on another thread with this one but...carbonated water often has too much sodium for plants

I used mineral water some time ago. My plant got all kinds of problems. It, I know now, contained sodium and that's no good.

i used mineral water for my first few grows and had no problems what so ever.i didnt even ph the water.i used sainsburys caledonian.

I use carbonated mineral water for foliar feeding. Not for the roots. Roots absorb oxygen and foliage absorbs carbon.

ya i went and bought some fancy imported shit it says low sodium, then i got home and was like... should i use this? i think im just going to test it out on one of the girls, and just get some regular old carbonated water and go with that
