Carbon filters!!!

just wondering if you guys use a carbon filter and if so which brand do you have and did they work like they were supposed to ? ive tried home made ones but have gotten bad results..

I use phresh filter and can lite filter. Both work really well. Id go with can lite since its cheaper

I just ordered one off e-bay, from foothills filters, they are refillable with a hole in the bottom :) no taking the can apart. Have not got it yet,but they have great feedback, and they are American made .

i dont really care on the price i just want something that works for sure. these cheap ones off ebay scare me to be honest

i have a few active air,and a few phesh filter and i have used can also.they all work good but i like the price i get on the active air.i change mine out at 6 months like clock work,cant be too safe.

i was thinking about getting a carbonaire, you guys got some links to some good ones. i think they want 230 for the carbonaire one

I have an 8"x39" Phresh fitler. Using an active air inline 8" to run it. Works absolutlely great, I think I paid about 200 for it.

The one in my sig along with the inline filter in my sig is about the cheapest I could find for a decent setup. I would have gone with something better if I could afford it, but this works!

i use a can100 with a 749cfm fan combo,also included a fan speed controller,i wouldnt buy a can-lite because it only weighs less due to less carbon in it

but yes it works great,even at low speeds with full budding plants.

and the maintenance is to change the white filter cover on it after every grow.
they are like 10-15 bucks i believe
