Ok i realize my pictures didnt post from my phone so ill try posting tomorrow from a computer.

But basically if your going to T your set up, put your cabon filter on the floor and put an inline fan on top, blowing into the filter. Then put a Y split on top of that and attach each tent to one of the Y's. How is your intake for each tent?

So should I have the carbon filter be blowing Into tents or out

You should do it the way I showed you. Having the fan sucking from both tents then through the filter is a horrible idea. It also doesn't allow you to vent the hot air away from your grow area.

Just to add, if you're going to vent one tent into the other, I'd vent the led into the hps. You'll get better cooling that way.
Im not so sure on this one. Normally leds need a higher temp than hps due to missing IR, like 81-84°. If you have the extraction coming from the led tent at 81 into your hps tent you will have problems keeping the temps down in the hps tent.

I have two grow tents one carbon filter and inline fan. Just got leds for my second tent but I am using hps mh in other cooled. How can I make this work if I even can??
Hang the fan and filter in the hottest tent. Run the intake of that tent to the cooler tent.

So the fan and filter draw air through both tents.

You can use the filter on the exhaust side like others have said but it's not as efficient.

This is my setup. In your scenario my veg tent is your led tent.
Passive intake of air on my veg tent. It exhausts through its single duct port. You can see the opening on the roof of the tent.
The air flows along rhe duct, down and enters the flower tent st rhe bottom. You can see where it enter on the right at rhe bottom next to my sour bubble.
There are two more passive intakes on the top.
The light is in a cool tube. And the open end has duct on it and it sucks from the top in the back. Air flows through the cool tube, over the bulb to cool, them out rhe top of the tent on the side and down to rhe fan, which is sucking but then pushing the air through the carbon filter.
I hope i showed it well.
I did mine like this with a single fan and I had 4 x 1000 Hps running 2 in each didn’t have any heat issues. Just made sure my intake was no where near my exhaust.
