cant write in paragraphs while using IE, but Firefox works

Hi, in this text i cant press return to make a paragraph, i cant make a paragraph at all. But when I use Firefox it all works fine. But IE is my main brower so its really a pain in the A$$. Something i can do to fix this, IE is up to date, maybe some other Settings?

it has to do with ie 10 and vbulletin they have yet to fix the problem switch your browser youll be able to make paragraphs
