cant load my profile pic

hello riu hows it going can anyone tell me why i cant upload my profile pic its the right size and tht ?

do you use photobucket?

or image shack you dont have to sign up

a dunno m8 a just went to profile and then upload image ???

ye then browse, find ur pic easyer if ts saved as a jpeg then upload

ave tried that but it keeps coming up cannot load file ?

do i need to fill in option 1 ???

dunno all i do when it does that is save it a a jpeg n that usualy works

go to your computer picture file and bring up the photo...right click the photo your looking at and choose edit... it should take your picture to paint... then hit the save as... go to the bottom and click the arrow scroll down and choose jpeg... then go back and upload the jpeg not the original.. hope this helps

the file size is probably too large, try a smaller pic.

yep that too.. i had that problem and the bimp to jpeg was an issue on some also...
