Cant figure out the problem with her

My first ever growth. Can't understand whats going on with her. I started germination about 3 weeks ago and untill 2 days ago she wasn't like this (yellowing). Can somebody help?

Are you using a soil that has time release nutrients? Those little blue balls in your soil made me ask etc

Yes, should I be using something else?

The suspense is killing me. I hope it lasts.

Generally normal potting soil/compost is better than the time release stuff as the nutrients in them are more designed for tiny house plants/ornamental flowers etc, i tried a bunch of different timed release soils and never got a decent crop out of any of them as they just release whatever they want whenever they want depending on how the balls break down over time so always seem to have either a deficiency or lockout or both at some point etc

If you can get hold of some normal potting soil without the time release nutrients its easy enough to transfer it into the new soil without damaging it etc
