All the canoeing leaves are also pushing trichomes. Also showing some purpling. She has a few weeks to go yet. It is American Pie from Pyramid. (Power Plant x White Widow) in week 7 of flower. Any input would really be appreciated.

Temp 75
Rh 50-55
LED lights, strips with added red and far red and just a little bit of extra blues and UVA. Light is 18” over.
FFOF media
Advanced Nutrients 2.2EC

Take my answer with a grain of salt, but it looks like the plant is too hot. Is the device your using to measure temp at the same height as the colas? Again, I've never run into that problem so my guess is purely an educated guess.

Yeah it’s got to be light related. It’s a new set up. I have like 40 watts per sf of strip lighting The auxiliary blues and UVA on a separate channel and are about 9 watts per sf and I had it dimmed all the way down. I have another 9 watts per sf of red and far red turned up full on.

2.2 E/C is a pretty heavy feed for FFOF.
How often do you feed nutes?

Is the canoeing only on the top levels or all the way down the plant? If so, heat and light height / intensity is what comes to mind.

It’s only at the tops. I’ve been pretty good about moving the lights up during the stretch. I brought them up again this morning. Weird that she would get light sensitive at this stage of the game if that is what it is. Usually at this point of growth I’m like turn and burn with the lighting. But like I said it’s a new light and I may have over built it a bit. I’ll take some light reading and leaf temps in the morning when they come back on if that helps.

Do you mean in general for FFOF or because of the initial fert charge? I think anything they put in is long gone by now. I’m at about 1000 ppm total for NPK combines every watering
It’s at 1 : 1 : 2.5 ratio of N : P : K
220ppm N
225ppm P
545ppm. K

Hard to explain.
I don't water my soils the same way as you are doing, haven't done it that way in a long time.
I grow organic and if I use FFOF I prefer to top dress with organic amendments after a few weeks of water only.
I have done it the way you are doing it using 1100 ppms or 2.2 E/C of nutes in water but found it leaded to problems.
I'm not sure if your nutes are organic or synthetic but if the are synthetic you are watering in a way similar to the way a coco grower would water although in many cases they would be using a lower E/C.

I have a strain that does that so I think it is fine, although 2.2 EC is pretty high. I think they are about done too, a week should be plenty.

@Kushash Yeah I press the fert pretty hard and watch really carefully for any sign of tip burn and then back off and flush with 1/3 strength. I did get a touch of tip burn that you can see in pics. It’s Advance Nutrients Sensi A and B, with big bud, B52, and overdrive.

That’s encouraging! I was really wondering if it just normal maturation. What strain? The lighting in the pics definitely make it look more done. There are still lots of white hairs coming. I’ll check the trichomes tomorrow.

Having the same issue with my plant. My lighting is very similar to yours. I tried turning off my 810/400nm diodes, turned down my uvb, turned down my light with the hand test...nothing. Got foxtails before dimming the light, but that seems to be fixed now. Still have taco leaves
