In the interest of full disclosure on the CBD question, I do have to let you guys know I'm also taking vybriid which is an anti-depressant med.

I went back and checked the time line and I had started taking vybriid at about the same time that I got the gumption up to quit nicotine and caffeine (had already quit alcohol). So, in fairness, the laying down of the vices could be attributed to the CBD or vybriid or a combination of the two. But I personally think it was the CBD. I'm tapering off the Vybriid as it gives me the happy feet when I'm trying to sleep, which sounds funny but sucks. If I get tremendous urges to go back to nicotine and caffeine after I'm off of it, then maybe that would indicate it was the Vybriid.

Having said all of that, no way that the vybriid had the calming effect on my sciatic - thats all CBD/THC, plus I was already getting back relief from the CBD before I went on the anti-depressant. Ok, hitchin my britches back up. That's not something that I would normally share but I believe it important to have all the facts and didn't feel right not letting folks know.

Thanks for sharing Bubba. I've dealt with the sciatica myself. I feel it right now but luckily it is in the hip and not shooting down my leg. I have pretty much weaned myself down to a very small amount of opiates. When I mix the small amt. of opiates w/ vaporized cannabis it seems to be much more effective than the RX meds alone. After some personal research, I read about a med study on-line in which the same results were achieved. If I make the Cup I am going to try and track down some CBD pills, probably from RR like you mentioned. Thanks!
