Not sure I understand, but all things being equal, yes. Remember the butter has a limit to how much thc it can absorb. The more plant mass, the more butter you need.
You know cannabutter is for cooking, right? It replaces oils in recipies, like olive oil, vegetable oil, cannola oil etc...
Even then you have to be careful. Any oil has different effective temps.

Hey op, to answer your question simply, yes you can.
I rerun infused coconut oil most times.
I'm medical, require a lot, so I have a very high tolerance.
As stated though, every oil has a limit that it can absorb.
Good luck,
FF

Not for nothing but just in time for Turkey Day the folks at Ardent just came out with a stuffing and gravy infusion kit!
I reckon your butter will fit right in. Is this a great country or what? Gobble. gobble.

I take my trim. Decarboxylate it. Simmer in a double boiler with VG (vegetable glycerin). Add quality isolated terps. And I got my own thc ejuice for in between sessions

Oils are wayyyy better
Been trying to get this recipe down but my vapes dont have much strength/high in them, maybe im missing the isolated terpenes

I was never a fan of cannabutter until recently, made cookies a few weeks ago and that shit had me stupiddd buzzin. Like the first time I ever smoked type of buzz, uncomfortably high lol. So , needless to say, I am a believer in eating edibles now, can you believe I use to think eating it was craziness??
I decarb at 240* for 1 hour, then mix 14g into 2.5 sticks of unsalted butter , then boil in a mason jar at 160-175* for 3 hours. Strain and make cookiesss . Those cookies will hit hard as a mofo in like an hour or two after eatin :P

Sounds Ike you’re decarbing your weed twice.

Somewhere I have a chart that tracks conversion times differently from the common ones: this one (I *need* to find it among all my image files) measures the THCA conversion @ 30 min; what it shows is that decarb is ~90% complete after those 30 min - or roughly by the time the weed reaches ~140 degrees. The remaining time and heat are required to complete the conversion, put it also introduces the breakdown of THC into CBN. Given that THCA has its own medicinal value, I’ve taken to keeping my decarb runs well below the boiling point, and for far less time. I’ve been perfectly happy with the results so far - though I’m not a big responder to edibles generally.

Second time this has come up in as many days. Need to start paging thru all those files....

use a slow cooker high for 1 hr (180-200 degree) the 4 hrs on low --- If one 'Decards" in oven you are baking off the terpens.and essential oils all you are getting is the thc if you cook in oven one can purchase terpenes on line (many companies offer them)

Great advice man, I was really wondering myself, cause, my lady makes the cannabutter, I thought she was cooking it too long ...o_O

I have noticed that if I simmer the butter, water and cannabis longer than a couple of hours the final cannabutter becomes crumbly and breaks up easily. Makes it hard to pull the solidified disk off the top of the water after chilling in the fridge.
