Bills charges were dismissed. As were Al Sobols. I wish Bill the best but I agree, disaster seems to follow him and he seems to invite it.

and to address the legal question....
we are a private social club that just happens to be pro-cannabis and allows cannabis use on site, hence we only have members.
Much like an Elk's Lodge or VFW Hall, we can do pretty much whatever we want inside as long as we aren't breaking any laws. We aren't either, "public place" was well defined in ARS 28.1.
