No, Obama said he wont take any action against MJ business as long as distribution and sales rules are followed closely.
the nearest dispensary to me got busted a while back trying to move 10 pounds to an out of state CI.

one year probation was all they got.

they now have a hippy coffee shop where people bring weed and smoke and sit in drum circles and do all that hippy kind of shit.

kinda funny if you ask me.

lol, the rule applies to every business, not just pot businesses.

that's a burn on desertballerina.

Except for the fact that banks won't allow pot businesses to open accounts. Everyone other business can though.

that's already changing, not that dispensaries aren't opening their doors all over the place regardless.

your point seemed to be that banks won't do business with dispensaries. i pointed out that it's already changing.

what was your point?

There is a 10% penalty from IRS for paying your taxes in cash. Dispensaries are being forced to pay in cash because banks won't allow them to open accounts.

You are a retard.

no one is ever forced to open a dispensary. people are choosing to anyway knowing full well about the penalty though. doesn't seem to be a big deal. seems like they're happy enough to keep 90% of a million bucks for growing weed, all legal.

but like i said, banks are slowly starting to work with dispensaries now, so your point is moot.
