They spent two years arguing and pledged 100's of millions of dollars to tackle this impending scourge. Cops and Conservatives have been crying about cannabis impaired drivers causing vehicular carnage being an inevitable side effect of legalization. Shoulda just listened to us potheads.
The Big Concern now is where you keep your stash and whether the passenger is smoking - hardly a public safety issue. On a side note, where on my 70 cc Honda is considered out of driver's reach. Or conversely, if I'm smoking while sitting on my bike am I still considered to be 'in' a motor vehicle?

What if I smoked while riding a horse? As long as I don't blow it in his face there is plenty of ventilation so he shouldn't get a contact high.
I could stick the bag up his ass, is that out of reach enough?

"Your body metabolizes THC into two different chemicals; 11-OH-THC and 11-nor-9-Carboxy-THC. This process happens relatively quickly. Enzymes in the liver continue metabolizing these chemicals and transforms the psychoactive 11-OH-THC into 11-nor-9-Carboxy-THC which is non-psychoactive. This takes several hours ,and by the time that there is no THC or 11-OH-THC in your system, you are no longer high."

Maybe they should be looking for 11-OH-THC instead of 5nanograms of "thc". This is actually a way for them to test impairment, instead of testing for content of thc.
