Is it ok to use canna a and b in unequal parts

so that I can lower nitrogen with less A and
Use more B to give more P and K ?

Buy the pk booster if you want to up your pk in flower, it's used very sparingly so even the smallest bottle should last.

Don't fall into the trap of using it more than suggested , you can fuck your crop up very easily.

You do not need it, you can just use the A and B base nutrients without anything else and infact your less likely to run into issues by doing so

No this is not advisable, maybe abit info about your situation will help us to help you,

you can use canna veg a+b at a lower dose and start to introduce canna Flores a+b which would possibly give you the results you want

Trust that canna, a well established company know what they are doing more than you do.

As Blue brother says, tell us your issues or reasons.

I’m growing

karma genetics zowahh im nearing the end of flower it is advisable to not overdo her with nitrogen as it effects terpenes in later weeks

part A I high in nitrogen so I was thinking of still giving them the boost of p and k they need with part b but lowering part a for less nitrogen

What is ur medium? And which canna line are you using? I assume you’re using Flores by now? If so just continue with the same strength you’ve been giving them, there’s not an overly high ammount of n in the Flores to begin with so I doubt it could be detrimental , I could be wrong though.

I grew with canna hydro and canna aqua for years and found that pk 13/14 was the only thing worth changing in flower, I used to feed both veg and flower nutes for the first 2-3 weeks of flower anyways then depending on the strain I’d add pk 13/14 around week 6 give or take a week

Okay well in this case I can say I have no experience using a nutrient formula like this, it appears canna coco doesn’t have separate veg and flower formulas.

sorry I can’t help.
It is my experience when using 3 part nutes (grow/micro/bloom) that you can tailor the ratio to best suit your needs, I wouldn’t assume the same goes for cannas 2 part coco line though, you’d have to check with them.

or you could have a look at the canna coco thread on here, maybe they’ll have an answer for you

sorry bro

What EC of Canna are you running danzibar? I've never thought Canna is too high in N for any situation, but I always reduce EC in the final weeks to .8-.9, unless I'm already feeding that low to begin with. Do you have a picture that we can see? Plants need less P/K than has been commonly promoted in the industry and the various forums over the years.

Reason you don't Want to adjust the ratios is you do not want to inadvertently change the micros while trying to lower N

Used canna coco line for years.
You don't need to be changing up their ratios.

Lower your ec if you like. If your following the chart it's probably way more than needed anyway
Thanks for your input

and your right about the chart noticed that some time ago that it will give you higher output that it says I use it as a go to ec calculator with etc

but I just read my plants day by day to be honest

You mean micronutrients found within A and B

very good thought pal something I will keep in mind
In using filtered water not RO but base ec is 0

and I was thinking of using a little vitamin booster as such next run just in case as she did throw out some what issue in veg

but thanks for your input defiantly something I need to keep an eye on I will check labels now to see whatother micros I’m taking away by feeing un- equal parts of A and B

Not long had a look so thanks again

it’s not to much of a loss but I will keep an eye on it and note down for next time I run hopefully similar pheno of her again
Hopefully no issues I’ve gone with it for 48 hours now and she hasn’t half boosted in tech and terps
At the same time I’ve dropped light on humidity to 45% and night to 54%

any lower in the day and she didn’t like it
