Canna Coco Problems Please Help!

Hello, I'm having some problems with my plants. Using Canna Coco. Ferting with the Canna coco line. Feeding every 4-5 days with 8ml of "A" 8ml of "B" 4ml Rhizotonic 5ml Cannazym 5ml Calmag. Making sure PH is 5.8 to 6. Like i said i feed 4-5 days every third time i water without nutes, just plain water and i PH down it to 5.8 to 6. The atmosphere is perfect and it's definetly not heat stress 75 degrees in the room. 2 400 watt MH's.

At the beginning of vegetative growth i noticed interveinal chlorosis on the top leaves. That's when i started adding calmag to the mix. When i added the calmag i noticed things were getting better. Now I see what looks like over fert but i'm not sure. Lots of leaves are completely brown some are white. Looks like a potassium problem but i'm still not sure. PLEASE HELP!!! I flushed them with 5.8 water about 6 days ago but it didn't do anything. I ferted them yesterday with regular fert 5.8 ph and they look worse. Brown and white leaves curling leaf tips.

I do have mites but they are not spreading and the little dots on the picture are just spots of coco from transplanting a while ago. What do i do?!?! AHHHH. This is my first time with coco and it really turns me off but i know coco works great.

Your plants don't look like they've developed a healthy root system, maybe too much was less this time.. I don't know for sure, but I think the problem is in there. Flush Again and do a very light feeding at 1/2 strength except for canazyme

well theres a lot of red flags that i see. first the color is way too bright, looks like they need more nitrogen.
the twisting of the leaves upwards makes me think there might not be a heat issue, but perhaps a humidity issue, they look like they are under some sort of heat stress, but if heat is ok, then check humidity (for vegetative 50-60%). mist them bad boys with some water, stick some containers (open) with water under those lights, get a humidifier something. (check the % first, to see if humidity is an issue)

the only other thing i would say is write on here all the ingredients of all nutrients your using, you have to be deficient in something.

8ml of a and b per what ? per litre, per gallon, what do you mean they are not spreading......if they are laying eggs the lavae will suck the shit out of your plant while still in the egg...........

you should go on the canna coco thread.......im sure with all the experience on there you will get sorted...

Try not feeding once every third time, water, water, feed. Really should not have to feed much more than that until they get older. In coco you should not have to water more than twice a week either. Flush with distilled water and start schedule over with half strength nutes and build up nutes as needed.

just a ? you said PH is 5.8-6.0 does canna coco use the same PH rules as hydro or soil because if it uses same rules as soil you need to up your PH. i have no experience with this canna coco thing so i dont really know just a quick observation. hope all works out man GL :)

ok i looked around a bit and found this from another thread

No worry.

What you are finding here, is that coco tolerates a wide PH range and can be treated as hydro, but not as soil.
Anything from 5.2 to 6.5 will work with coco.
I usually run around 5.6 but it's best to "sweep the range" to see that nothing gets locked out.

Hope dat he'p.

never run water through the canna coco pro it wil wash away the micro life also it can mess up the buffers. not just ph. it can mess the pattasuim buffers wich in a nut shell get better with time. i think you could have knocked these out with the water in turn causing a lock out

To Maps84. The roots did get messed up at the beginning i had to rip them apart from each other because they were in a flat and they grew too much before i could transplant them into individual containers.

to Nick17gar. I have a humidifier in there its between 50 to 60% humidity. It stays pretty consistent at 55%.

to del66666. 8ml of a and b per gallon. 20% runoff each time. I sprayed neem oil on all of them when i saw growth of spider mites. I've been checking the underside of the leaves with a magnifying glass, they havent been spreading in fact i don't see anymore mites. But i know those things are like terminators so they are prob still somewhere on there.

to matthebrute. i use coco A and B and rhizotonic and cannazym and calmag.

to spitsbuds. It's possible that i knocked out potassium with just water. I'm new to coco canna i'm going to fert it everytime now. It's really annoying me because i don't know if i'm underferting or overferting.

to everyone. I was wondering if the tips show a sign of overfert. It looks like a potassium deficiency, i'm guessing the roots are junk. I dont think the mites are causing problems, and i'm guessing that i've been having issues with nutrient lockout for some reason.

Do you think i should continue the regular feeding program each time now? or should i flush again. My feeding program is half strength on the additives and regular strength on the A and B. I will continue to do the regular feeding program if i know that it's not an overferting problem and just a micronutrient problem or lockout of nutes. My friend has my truncheon i'm going to get it from him in a couple days and measure the runoff to see where im at. I was thinking about checking the PH of the runoff next time i fert to see if it's way off but i don't know if that will work. Thanks for your help guys.
