canna coco nutes wilma kit drip feed coir medium does it work

sorry if in wrong section not sure where to put this.
I have a wilma drip system which im going to use with coir medium,will canna coco nutes work with this system tap water wont be changed often every 2 weeks tank will be airrated.Any one done this with good results?
Any side nutes or addatives recommended (calmag)etc to go with
