Me thinks she needs to tell the doc limiting thc is a problem.... cause you could very easy smoke eat more .... than high potency stuff that you may be just take a couple puffs and Yer good

I'm thinking the doc can't wrap it's head around anything but how time release pills work

For instance I weaned myself off morphine using weed.... opiate free now mother fuckers woot
Or maybe ya need a better doc to write the weed script

I had wanted her to switch docs, but this doc handles all her pain meds. Percocet and nabilone and cannabis. Given she can take real THC, as part of "whole plant", why in the world would she take synthetic. from my research synthetic has shown to provide much lower efficacy and her kiddy dosage of .5mg makes her light headed sometimes. My daughter gets the same effect from .25mg. My friend said his Dad had to go up to 5.0mg to get good pain relief, but I cannot speak to whether or not that is true.

Of course that is because they take away all the other cannabinoids, terpenoids etc and thereby remove their synergistic effects.

ask the Dr why they are limiting it and what they are basing their decisions on and go from there.
i would also ask what harms they re protecting you from as there has never been any deaths from cannabis.
i asked the Dr that when my wife signed in and all he said was "that's a discussion over beers"

A least some doctors are now realizing cannabis is a gateway drug. A gateway to get off of addictive drugs, opiates are out of control. One of my friends told me his wife took 28 percocet a day, that can be fatal. Her doc retired and her new doc made her go cold turkey. Those were rough times but cannabis helped her get through it at least.

Not everyone using medical marijuana is dying and broke. Trying continually imply they are is foolish, at best. Learn to evolve or keep living in the past.

twice since i have been sent to the pain clinic.... I have had my new doc cancel appointments out of two appointments...
both times leaving me high and dry of pain meds....
The doctor did not even consider that I would run out of meds again and booked an appointment for 5 days later....
so I guess its withdrawls for a second time in a little over a month....
starting to feel a bit like an opi refugee...to coin a phase I heard....

I had one doc question my pain..... I was pissed and said fuck this and got up and hobbled out of her office ... as she's chasing me telling me to go back.... fuck didn't need any higher dose just what the fucking doctors got me hooked on

same here....followed every protocol jumped thru all the hoops...
never abused the shit. but just used it....
I have not had an increase in 7 years due to the fact I would ask the doctor to taper me
every summer down to nothing as a tolerance break
so increases would not be needed....

But since this fentanyl witch hunt began....everyone who has chronic pain....
and uses opiates is some how now an addict....instead of just dependent on pain meds.....
Chronic pain patients now require multiple opinions from doctor's... that right plural...
So my GP now requires a second opinion to continue prescribing...
On top of that....I have to now seek out and try new alternative treatments....even though
I saw over ten different doctors last year and tried a multitude of emerging technologies...
I have 7 appointments booked with other specialists for the next two months alone.....
some of them I saw last year... for the same exact thing...(though New pain clinic doc does not know it yet.).......for which last year these specialists
told me they could not help.
I have also seen 3 different surgeons...whose best advice...was (all 3 also conferred)
not try and not "fall down" and to not lift anything heavy...
I am not operable until I can no longer walk....since the risks are so high....

Docs are looking to docs to justify their decisions....

Went to a "pain clinic" cause my gp at the time said go here.. I already had CT scans..... MRI .... but was feeling pain still... now I get it ..it was opiate sickness ffs... anyways got to the pain clinic ... thinking I'm going to see a specialist .. nope... he has no time for me .... not operable ..... yeah fun me... but some lower lvl gets to explain it to me and wants me to come there once a week... to do there plan.... sry been at this too long I do all the shit at home ass holes. ... it's just so they get steady income ffs

I was doing a Google search for lawsuits against Mettrum and one of the links was to their Facebook page. Man they are getting some well deserved backlash from multiple people about the product recalls and problems with orders for lower THC strains. A lot of people complaining about price as well, but no numbers are mentioned. And they just keep going. Insane or what?

Should be more in the regular news.... incase they actually have people ordering from them

And not everyone is a bottom sucking leech being paid three times what they are worth at taxpayer's expense. Some of us are forced to work with ailments your taxpayer-funded health insurance would pension you off for. There is a whole large cross section of people on here some rich, some poor and most somewhere in the middle. Difference is we don't go around bragging about our employment....

Also who would want to pay 7 to 12 bucks a gram for something you can do yourself ...all in.... for in my case 1.32 a gram.. for a harvest of all organic
medical strains that were frosty and tasty and fresh...able to be carefully handled for optimum frost.
with no delivery or other person handling it.
