I live not to far from the London area ONT... and I happened to deal with a good buddy of mine from highschool who lives up in Toronto and he told me before he knows someone who Rob Ford (the mayor of Tdot) buys weed off him. He told me this like around a year ago now.. so hearing this in the paper doesn't suprise me.
