they say themselves that it's not a very accurate method. you may know the total excreted from an area, but for all you know that could come from one or two homes full of heavy smokers while practically everyone else in that area abstains, or the exact opposite, you have an area full of light smokers....what the fuck good is that information? the government of every country seems to be enamored of useless facts.

It bothers me more than anything that they waste money on a false statistic. There are too many samples missing from the data. People in rural areas and cottagers may use outhouses. So many people pee outside that they could never get an accurate total for consumption.

Probably not too many people using out houses year long but there are a few. If an acreage is larger than 10 acres the septic tank can have a pump out into the feild a certain distance from the house
