How about the liquor stores in E-town that will take up to $20 bucks in Crappy Tire money! Do they still do that?
Lol theres a liquor store in edm that takes canadian tire money? went to a resturaunt in Van(east hastings) that took canadian tire money and the till was a can lol.
Living on the alaska hiway we see allot of americans and such wondering what canadian tire money is, and why it feels just like real money.

Canadian Tired money is a "Cash bonus coupon" That The store gives out as an incentive to shop there. It's printed and uses similar counterfeiting tech as US currency. I have about $50.00 sitting here in Crappy Tire money. It is especially useful when you need a quart of oil.

ok thats like saying a lincoln head or an indian head or evan a wheat penny is called simply an american 1 cent piece....no, that is a general description...ive never heard it called anything but a loonie for the buck coin or a twoonie for the 2 buck coin....and i was in my teens i believe when they scrapped the paper money ...so call it watever u want....really doesny matter
Blatant stupidity, alive and well. Just keep on ignoring reality. The person asked for the official name, it was given. And it is not loonie. Move on.
