Ok do I have to let I cook?.. or can I jus mix it in a keep going? And were do suggest I mix it in the pot.. top , middle, or bottom?

No you dont have to pasteurize it as long as it's a fairly new bag. Mix it right in there evenly throughout, I do 15% but I'm using soiless medium so you might wanna just do 10% where you're using soil.
