Can you use MG All purpose alone in Hempy Bucket to veg..?

I started seedlings in a small Hempy bucket system but it's been a week and there taking forever to grow... I'm using Miracle All Purpose and superthrive with 100% perlite...

They grow very slow till hitting the res. Usually 10-14 days. Just keep watering the plant area so root don't dry out before hitting bottom
