Can you tell me what is wrong!

I came in this morning and the plants were wilted big time, Fan leaves were just about touching water. Can you tell me what this means? Could it be that the light wast too close?

how close are the lights? i know im going to get flamed for this... being hydroton and all.... maybe you've overwatered?

why are they all sitting in a tub of water?

the light was about 12" from the plants. the tray just happen to be flooding when I Took the photos. I flood for 30 minutes every 3 hours

over watering is my opinion..... big time! its not your lighting.... coloration is good ....i would recomend cutting down your flooding to 5 minutes 4 times a day then when they get older I used to go 15 minutes 4 times a day. use your best judgement.
