Can you identify this leaf condition?

Would anyone care to venture a guess...
She has been like this since germination.
Her sisters look like the large serrated leaves on the right.

I've done a copper fungicide treatment with no change whatsoever.
Don't know if it is just one of the phenos... Everything is on the same table getting fed the same food at the same time. It is clear it is a strain that would do well with little water, but the two sister plants have adapted well to hydro. The funky plant has developed a very large number of branches from a very young age. She would be a shrub had she not been a retarded grower compared to her sisters, they have the traditional Christmas tree shape.

Hmmmmmm...and pretty much all of it's leaves are as such?...Or just her large fan leaves?...Very weird indeed...it doesn't seem to be impeding her growth does it?...Her sissies about the same size, despite their christmas tree shape anyways?...

nope, she is a slower grower, all the leaves are that very narrow shape, old and new. The sisters are about a 3rd taller.
