Can you help recognize second hand light?

Hello guys.

I found a light on my local second hand market. Actually it is 6 modules that were taken out of some compact grow light. He claims that it is kinda full spectrum, but IMO it is heavily read + some blue and some white 3000K and cool whites. Dude claims also that the LED chips are epistar, bridgelux 3W and every individual module has 75W and its own dedicated heatsink with fan. He also provided link to the original compact module from which the small individual modules were taken from. My motivation why I am so digging into it is, that theprice is super super nice. The guy claims that he has no longer time to grow so that is why he is selling it.

The link to the module (at least seller claims it is that): Evergrow Nova M9 https://www.diytrade.com/china/pd/12695724/Revolution_Modular_design_M9_LED_grow_light.html

My questions are:
1) First of all do you think it is truth, that the LED modules were taken from that light? Do you maybe recognize the LED chips at least?
2) If so and really it has 75W per individual module (or lets say at least 60W), then will the PAR output be sufficient to hang one 75W module over every individual plant? Or maybe I can put all of them (6 pcs) in one cluster over 4 plants on 60 x 40 cm space? (0,24 m2)
3) My location is Europe. My grow space has a weird shape (60cm x 40cm), this solution would be very handy for this noodle.
