Can you help diagnose my problem? (Growth Stopped)

Ok so I am currently growing in bubbleponics, and its currently 17 days from germination. I have a somewhat serious problem and I am looking for any help I can get.

Things were going great until about 3 days ago when growth stopped, my roots starting turning brown near the middle and were thinning out somewhat; I immediately figured it was root rot because I transferred my plants into a larger res (14g DIY) and my 2 12 inch airstones and 1 6 inch circular airstone were not creating enough oxygen. I then quickly drained the res and replenished it with ph 5.7 water and 2 tbsp of H202. The brown hue subsided, but did not 100% clear up (very close).

THERE HAS BEEN NO GROWTH IN ABOUT 5 - 6 DAYS

There are brown spots like this on nearly every plant - leaves are looking very droopy and weak, but still smell to high heaven!

I have been letting them recover for a couple days and just recently I drained and replenished once again with 300 ppm of nutes. These things are looking more beat up day by day and I do not know what to do (first grow).

I have seen some say its a MG deficiency, some say light burn (had 24k lumens per sq ft before i switched to only my MH HID 2 days ago) and some just say im screwed.

Can some one diagnose my problem and give me some insight on what I can do, or should do for that matter; more information is below.

IMAG0076.jpg

Strain - Chemdog. 1 Alquimista (fem)

Avg temps 67- 73F
Res temps 65 - 71F
Avg Humidity - 50 - 65%
Lights - 1 HID MH, 2
veg 65 watt CFLs, 2 dual spectrum 65s, 1 85 watt flowering cfl (only using the MH as of now)
Growing in rockwool - Hydro Bubbleponics 8G res
Using the grow nutes from Stealth hydro 300 -400 ppm
I have an large oscillating tower fan on low in the grow tent
PH is never below 5.5 and never above 6.25 usually around 5.75 - 6.0

Sorry for that not-so well mannered introduction, but I am really looking for some help right now

Too much nutes! Back it down they too young for 300-400 in a DWC brother. I *NEVER* go over 200ppm anytime in veg with my AN Sensi 2 parts. LESS is MORE especially in DWC. You are killing the roots by too much nutes, they cannot grow, they turn brownish eventually into rot. Most strains can withstand a few days or weeks of blasting the nutes without any noticeable signs EXCEPT for the roots they will show you first.

One thing someone I can't remember who told me was "Take is low and nice easy with ppm in veg to build up thick, white, abundant roots so you can blast the shit out of em when you're in flower and the root mass and plant can absorb it."

I tried it 5 years ago and it's worked ever since. NOW be aware that 200ppm in my DWC buckets are like 800-900 ppm in my stinkbud aero system. Different methods have different ppm requirements, DWC which it looks like you are doing is probably the lowest ppm's since the roots are in the res.

PPM was at 304 and that was 1/4 of my full nute packet. My tap water is around 200 so it really wasn't too much nutes, but you would know better than me.

I'm doing my first dwc closet grow and my roots poked outta the pots then stopped for almost 2 weeks, along with no new growth on top, but what I did notice is my stem strengthened up, id say doubled the stem size at least, I figured it was too mjuch nutes cuz they were yellowing, so I flushed for a week with distilled water from kroger and snipped some roots and there doing much better now. Hope that helps.
