Can you flower a 3 weeks old cannabis plant?

Hey Friends
I just wanted to know if I can flower my 3 weeks old plant to see if its female and if yes then start Veg again by changing light cycle?

No dont do that you ll stress the plant and it will take forever to get back to vegging. Take a clone root it then put it into 12/12 and you ll see gender while the original finishes a reg veg

you can flower it now and take clones if it shows female preflowers during the first 3 weeks of 12/12
