Can you access tents from the side?

What's up guys. I've been forced to downgrade my original tent setup from a 3x3 to a 2x2.5 tent. The location I must use now to keep the tent in is only 31" wide but it's 60" deep and 9' tall. Instead of getting a 2x2.5 tent, I could fit a 2x4 tent. The only issue is getting access inside the tent.

Since my space is only 31" wide, would I be able to get in the tent through the side since the face of the tent will be against the wall? I'll have about 6" of space between the tent and wall so I can reach the zipper on the front but if it won't go all around and open up the side for me then it's useless in my case. I never owned a tent so I don't know how they work.

It might be possible. Cant remember much about the zip system on my old veg tent. But here look at how they are assembled.

Bugeye has a point Marky, If for some reason you cant get the zips all the way around theres nothing to stop you cutting through and making yourself an extra door, although id probably go for stitching in a high quality zip over some gaffa tape.
That's a worse case situation, but a valid work around if it comes to it.

If you need to make a makeshift flap there are adhesive zippers, just Google Home Depot adhesive zippers (sorry I can't post links yet.)

Before grow tents got big I use to use these with 2x4s and panda wrap to make my own tents.

bugeye's got the right idea, when i had the space i made my own custom grow tent out of pvc tarp and mylar. lotta mickey mousing went down but it worked.
