Can we harvest?

Can someone tell me when and how would I know to harvest?

The buds are turning brown now and I can't find any article that talks about when to harvest or what to look for.

Can someone please explain this in easy english

I would appreciate your help. Thanks.

P.S.: Do we have to flush before we can harvest?
