Can we get a list of folks NOT to deal with in the Arizona Marijuana Business??

In this field (MM), the Conflict of Interest IS Greed (easily documented) ... PERIOD! These manipulators, driven by their god Greed, should have nothing to do with this system. This is a program that should be intended to help suffering humans. The Cons should have their asses literally kicked out of this system ...

Gerald, for as forthcoming as you would like to appear, you did not address any of the concerns presented in the forum, as you stated you would....

All I have noticed is that you try to remain as vague as possible and talk in circles, maybe that confuses people like your caregivers and patients but most of us forum hounds can seen through the thick mist of BS. You wanted to clear the air about CFCC but did no such thing. You only added to the shady persona you have created.

Heres some questions and I doubt there will be a rebuttal:
What happens to all the genetics at your facility brought in by others, do they become yours when CFCC caregivers are out on there asses?
Do you plan on having your facility signed up as a cultivation site for a dispensary?
Are you going to continue to grow garbage genetics for the dispensaries if the above statement is true?
Are your unqualified grow managers going continue to haphazardly run your facility? Chase...
Are you not the principal board member/ director of all the charities listed, able to receive reasonable compensation for your work?

How do these instances help anyone besides yourself?

Want some advice from a few forum hounds on the outside looking in, get some experience in your facilities.
You paid all this money to get up and running, why not look for the best gardeners and outfit you locations with them, instead of just shoving crap down people's throats due to the fact there is a large limitation on legal venues and available meds.
Really make a splash and show the state what real medicine is and how a facility should be run. The rest of the dispensaries would be at the mercy of your product and services.

Good luck, that conditional use permit only allows you to grow, it does not promise quality or longevity.
But that is your business plan @ CFCC, pray on unsuspecting patients and caregivers.
It only took me 30 seconds of talking with Heather Black to realize your ponzi scheme.
Oh and when your representatives studder when asked what happens to caregivers when dispensaries open, is a major red flag to any serious cultivator.

To introduce myself to the forum - yes, I really am Gerald Gaines, and am using this forum to help stop all of the rumors that float around.

First, Anyone, anyone, that has a complaint with our organization can always see the real me, in the real world. Just google compassion first and set up an appointment. But if you're on here flaming away then just about anyone can see you're just hiding behind the internet to throw hand grenades. not very brave.

Second, while we are looking long term to make money, we intend to earn that not as a dispensary, which will be nonprofit, but as an advocate for the industry, that must prove it's worth to stay in business. No one has tried this model before, it is very risky, but it is my money and other private investor money at risk, no one else's.

Third, there's not always a conspiracy just because you're on the outside looking in. I know everyone on this board must hate the 25 mile rule, but we never would have got those last 5,000 votes to get Prop 203 passed had there been the prospect of unlimited home cultivation. That's a political battle for another time.

We are on the same side - we all want complete legalization - the only question is the path.
If you are helping as many people as you say, can I please show you and your group how to grow legitimate medicine? I only charge for my time and by the sounds of it, seems like you have pretty deep pockets. I'm tired of patients getting shitty medicine state wide. If you are truly here to help and stick by what you say, having the best, then please take this offer. You could use a reality check...

Don't trust this guy named Todd . He lives on 8th st. in Flagstaff. I know his sister and she is a skank.

Gerry in Flagstaff is untrustworthy too.

Steve J. in Phoenix is a little better but don't front him more than $200 or else he will disappear for 2-3 days and then deny everything.

I wouldn't trust me either, I seem OK but I'll steal you credit card #'s

Delayed because i was banned as advertising - not my intent clearly. let's try again.
no seeds, no exploding co2 tanks, over 100 people trained as caregivers and almost 300 patients - none of them are complaining. all rumors false. anyone can come and see. talk is cheap.

what shitty meds. once again, 100% tested, average 20% THC with over 20 strains, cured two weeks

I'll try - let's see if this gets banned.

when did i stop beating my wife? the caregivers are not out on their asses, they have three choices:
1. stop caregiving
2. move cultivation home
3. pay for the cost of the facility use

The genetics will get split between the caregivers who leave and remaining caregivers.

Do you plan on having your facility signed up as a cultivation site for a dispensary?
yes

Are you going to continue to grow garbage genetics for the dispensaries if the above statement is true?
see previous answers re garbage genetics and beating my wife. Our genetics are prime, and we continue to improve them. Everything else is worthless rumors. There's an unnamed person in town who does all of the product testing, ask him who has the quality meds.

Are your unqualified grow managers going continue to haphazardly run your facility? Chase...
Haven't seen him in quite a while, hope he's doing ok.

Are you not the principal board member/ director of all the charities listed, able to receive reasonable compensation for your work?
big huge sigh. there is no conspiracy. no, i get no compensation in any form from any charity. most of my donations are even anonymous. i made a fuck load of money, and i give a lot of it away. accept the truth.

How do these instances help anyone besides yourself?
do you have no belief in the possibility of people doing good things?

Want some advice from a few forum hounds on the outside looking in, get some experience in your facilities.
Well intentioned advice, certainly. I'll pass on the obvious advice or the shots across the bow. So, of course, we already have COMMERCIAL cultivators who have worked at similar scale facilities producing the top quality medical marijuana available anywhere. What else would we do?

no one gets dispensary costs - here's one reasonable business plan's estimate for the COST of mmj during the relevant quarter. no dispensary is going to break even until 2014, and then it gets regulated as a nonprofit and prices will drop with costs. the costs are so much higher than home growing because of regulatory requirements, security and federal tax rates at 39% of top line revenue. That tax alone is equivalent to a 67% price increase to patients: (If i have something that costs me 60, I have to sell it to you for 100, give the government 40, and break even myself)

COST PER OUNCE:
4th qtr 20121st qtr 20132nd qtr 20133rd qtr 20134th qtr 2013
500 365 330 325 320

A 500 dollar cost per ounce ??? The first year production of cannabis lies in the 1-2 $ per gram range when done by an experienced cultivator, this has been studied thoroughly.

Your production cost, over that average time is at 13.14 $ per gram. Do securities and federal taxes raise the cost of production by over 10 dollars per gram?

I have a chronic medical disease, and will in no way give your dispensary any time or money if that's how you plan on brain washing people.

You literally have my blood boiling, treating people that NEED this medicine with that kind of respect... I hope for your sake our paths never cross.

If dispensary costs are gonna be so high then why aren't you trying to fight the 25 mile rule so you can remain operating as you are now. That would save you a ton of money right. Or you could just not give a fuck and pass the increase cost onto the sick patients which is exactly what you are stating. You are full of shit when you talk about doing nice things for patients. You are in it for the money and that's perfectly fine but don't come on here posting bullshit about being a nice person and doing things for patients. It is a shame that you don't really care about patients because with your resources you could change the 25 mile rule that is the major issue that will really hurt patients in the next year. Why so greedy that you can't help anyone grow their own medicine? Oh and who tests your shit az Med testing?

Did you not just read his wife beating post previously to this, they have experienced cultivators who have been working large scale facilities... FUCKING BULLSHIT...
Gerald Gaines and CFCC are god, keep talking about your experienced growers because they do not exist. Basically Gerald you are trying to justify numbers that have not factual info, in case you have not noticed, this is a growers forum, not all of are new to the game like you. Your cultivators, patients and yourself would drool over the trim some of the guys on here produce.. Gerald you make me sick trying to shove bs info down sheeples throats, this is obviously your first MMJ rodeo...

FYI just because you have money does not mean you know jack shit about MEDICAL marijuana and quality.
Please rattle off your top-shelf strains and some photos that belong to CFCC..

Still nothing about exploding CO2 tanks.... Running a huge facility on two 20lb tanks sure showcases the knowledge of your "large scale, experience cultivators"

DOUCHE BAG!!!!

The shitty meds I received from you guys. Supposedly Pre 98 bubba but clearly an imitation. Some Anton the medicine man provided it to me and if you deny him ever being apart of compassion first that is a complete lie. Who are you getting tested by, AZ med testing? If so they are bogus! If you don't believe me ask the owner what Steep Hill Labs in California had to say about their calibration. EVERYONE that has gone to them have received 18% or more on every strain. Sorry to burst your bubble but all of your strains need to be retested by a proper chemist.

Please elaborate on these over 20% strains because there aren't that many that TRULY reach that mark.

Im curious to learn more about the commercial cultivators to which you are referring, are your facilities not made up of caregivers from around the valley? You entire model is based on taking meds from your caregivers, so now you are telling us that all of your caregivers have worked a large scale scenario? What you have claimed makes very little sense considering we all are very aware of how CFCC works. You were probably fooled by people with no samples who have read a book or two about growing and now, since you know nothing about cannabis, you have dubbed them masters... Giving people a reason for self entitlement is dangerous, esp when they are idiots. The only reason you are succeeding is because patients are unaware of real medicine. If the 30,000 patients could step into a real dispensary in another state, they would not stand for elements, CFCC and 2811 club, AZ would be a better place with much less animosity.

not the first time, definitely not the last i'll have to say this --- the 25 mile rule is part of prop 203, its what you and i voted for, it would not have passed without the 25 mile rule, and the only way to change the rule is to do another citizen's initiative. i have said more than once i;d support one - what else can i do?

I call for recalibration, Gerald has never even been in the vacinity of a strain with 20% THC, neither have you patients. Unnamed testing source, they are unnamed because they have been ripped in the AZ industry. By the way, just because a description dictates 20% THC does not mean the final product will measure up.

I have heard you openly say to Bill Hayes you would not support the 25 mile rule, are you a presidential candidate because you sure like to flip-flop
