can veg chems go bad...?

my last 3 runs of clones, have no vertical growth, and start popin hairs within 10 days, im runnin 24hr light, and its the same set up ive used for a year with great sucsess.
the only thing that has changed is the veg a+b. its some a buddy gave me to try when i first stared over a year ago, and who knows how long he had it.
im thinkin maybe the chems are bad, shock the clones, and naturaly plants try to flower when shocked....?

i usto have 6foot babies like this.... now i cant get any taller than this, before they flower on me.....

fyi its not a auto flower strain.....

That's some crazy shit! I've never seen a photo-period plant flower under 24 hours of light. I wish I could help but I'm stumped.

If the chems went bad your plant would die, it wouldn't cause it to do that. that is some weird shit bro 0.o, my only guess is that the plant doesn't give a fuck about light XD

i got a good system, and it only started fuckin up a few starts ago, got some new a+b, i can already see the difference

that' is pretty interesting -.- i have never had chems go bad, but i use them up within a few months. So it is possible

first time me or anybody i know has had this problem. but like i said, i had it for a year+ and a buddy had it for a while too.
and my garage gets pretty warm in summer, guess i should of thought it tho before waisting 3 runs
