can u pollinate females from touching seeds when breaking up bud and touching plants?

is it possible to pollinate females if right before you went to check on your girls you broke up herb that had seeds in it and then went and handled your fems? is this possible? need help, this has got my brain thinking hard.

If the bud you touched has pollen on it and it comes off onto your hands then comes off on your females flowers, yes it's possible.

i was thinking yes. thanks bro. cuz im not sure if thats how one of my fems starting showing brown pistols on the buds or if it was just brown hairs. I tried to take pics but my camera sucks so it doesnt really show what im talking about. i was thinking bout shit while i was all baked today and couldnt wrap my brain around it.

Seeds don't contain pollen, so touching seeds and then touching a female plant isn't going to do anything.

If you have male plants, they can pollinate your females any number of ways, including transfer from your hands/clothes/etc.

Pistils are the "hairs" that everyone talks about, so if you have brown "hairs" it's actually the pistils. This is completely normal, and happens when the bud is reaching maturity.
