can trimming fan leaves, etc. during first 2 weeks of 12/12 cause hermie issues

HEY ROLL IT UP!! Can trimming fan leaves and prunning bottoms of my girls during the first 2 weeks of flower cause the plants to herm. 1.5 weeks into flower I trimmed the fan leaves and pruned the bottoms, ( I honestly thought I was in week 2.5 or 3). I did give them a good trimming though. Couple days later I noticed little naners and or seed pods on 5 out of 7 of the girls and tossed em. Other than this I cant think of anything else that could have caused this issue. No light leaks what so ever coming inside, temps humidty are on point. The seeds were fems from reserva and DNA Last time i trimmed them was 3 weeks b4 flipping them to 12/12. I would really appreciate the help and input THANKS PEACE!!!

PS Can red / orange lights coming off my fan and surge protector cause these issues. I did notice my fan light giving off a bright red light around 1 week or so into flower. The tape had fell off. Any other issues I had covered for sure.
