Can this seed survive?

Hello fellas. I rescued this seed two days ago. The tissue paper where it was placed was very dry, and the seed has a dried thin root, but watering again seems better. Then I sow it in soil, but today I have extracted from the soil to see it better

Seems that the little rot has a damage. Seems like pythium (has a thinner part). Maybe is not, because the damage it's like when it was dried. So.. I don't know. What do you think?

It's a weed, it will grow with some love. don't throw it out unless it turns out to be male. Sometimes you just don't know what will happen. Every grow is an experiment, post back and let us know how it goes.
