Can the Electricity Company detect 2 27 watt lights over a 15 day period?

kk I had a box behind my tv which i had put two, 27 watt CFL bulbs in and kept them on for 18/6 and one day I put a 42 watt CFL in, but took it out 2 days later cause it was no good from some odd reason.. So after about 15 days or so the electricity company trys calling my house but no one was home, same again the next day, and today my dad picked up, and it was the electricity company. Saying theres been alot of power being used out of nowhere or some shit.. so how could this happen? People do this everyday with much more lights, so how could they have detected that power which was so little, and please help with your own experience or the best advice you can lend me, because i have got nearly 50 plants upstairs with 2 boxes connected and its just so obvious. I don't want to get caught for something so stupid I would rather give them too a friend that can do it instead till grow time. :neutral::joint: P.S I'M FUCKING PARANOID!!! :wall:

yeah the FBI and the DEA are working hard to detect your cfls :D r u serious? my advice is to get way more lights.

man you wanan kno why. you must not have that much shit to be running during the monthy period. my electric bill is normally 160 cuz i have 4 tvs an shit and lights on all the time. and since i been growing for 3 months. the electric bill only wentup to 195 and i got 4 cfls going for 12 hours a day. and i play alot of xbox 360 so it cancels it out. my best of luck to you man. is toget more electricity going in your house:]

lol, sorry but i didnt read the rest of your post..

you have nothing to worry about... i bet if you ran your toaster over for an hour it would suck more electricity than you two cfl's running for two weeks...

smoke some dope, chill out. whats going to suck more is when your mother catches your plants trashes them, and all that work was for nothing.:mrgreen:

dont grow pot in your parents house unless they give you permission, its not kool...

I knowwwwwwww mannn but honestly this is soo fuckedd how could they detect such little light, they called and said the light bill went up dramatically about 20 30 dollars in 15 days or some stupid bullshit.. i just wanna find out whats going on honestly i took all my lights out now cuz i had installed about 3 more lights some 23 watt and some 27 and put them strategically and i have 50 healthy plants to show for with no stretching of no sort or anything will post pictures up if i hopefully get the chance loll but yea man i can't believe that shit i still don't believe it but yea.. wtf lol:hump:

LOL naa funny thing is my parents know about it so there gonna call the electricity company tomarrow n see what the problem is if its fucking shit up i give everything to my partner then take it back at a later time or hopefully be able to go by then loll so don't worry bout no mothers or fathers shittin on my plants hahah

ALSOOO there was a asian grow house that just got booked on my street.. could that be a reason they are keeping the electricity on my street on lock? or does that have nothing to do with it? The house was booked just about 2 3 months ago..

my mom like every kinda flowers(not cannabis ofcourse) and one time she visit me @ home and i almost show her my plant (i'm proud of it), but never got the balls to show it to her anyway :D .i wish i have no probs with my parents for growing weed :D . Cheers

52w is nearly undetectable to a company that bills on kilowatts. I'm kinda worried that i bought a 1000w, but not worried enough to stop. And the electric company doesnt call, if they think you are stealing power or using enough power to grow, they come to your home with cops.

50 plants??? i dont know if thats possible with a couple of cfls, but if so dude you should check your laws. In some states, if thats where you are, the penalty is based on number of plants, and 49 is usually a breacking point for a totall of 6 years, which can differ. Dude youd be fucked with that many plants, up the ass and through your throught.

Maybe your father knows you are growing and wants you to stop so he fabricated a story about the electric company calling to prey on your paranoia and get you to not grow in his house?

I know you shouldn't grow in your parents crib, but I just didn't have the money too spend on renting a house for a couple months.. but next year i will, all I need is 1 more month so i can get everything out, my dad will call the electricity company today and if there is a problem still then i will give the plants too my friend and plant outdoors straight from his house but he is also limited too about 50 plants as am I, we plan on putting these out and starting 100 more and putting them out by mid too late June hopefully it works out and will never have too do something so stupid at my parents house again.. and yea i ain't just gonna kill them all because the fukin electricity company called lol fuck them! lol

YeA I honestly already thought of that but my parents showed me the phone numbers and all that shit, they are going too call the company back infront of me today or monday.. lol this just sounds so far fetched like the company detecting 2 light bulbs, fuk that i think my stupid ex-freind, cop informant rat fuck, told the cops I was doing something, but he doesn't know about my grow either. Just one person sort of knows, and thats the police informants partner to grow this year, and he saw me bringing over 1000$ of nutrients out of my house one day, and was asking questions but I had told him i am going to throw them away, and thats about it, but he's smart he must have known cause it wouldn't be my first time trying to grow either..

In all honesty, it sounds like someone next door is stealing your electricity or something. Because 2 cfl's...thats just crazy. Unless you uses like 1 cfl a week for your whole house. We used to just have one tv and most the lights off, now i have a computer thats always on, I'm at work now, its on at home, my brothers' comp. is always on. We leave the xbox 360 on most of the time. and we have 3 tv's and they're on about half the day. Not to mention my stereo I sleep too, and my brother does the same in his room. We probably doubled or tripled the bill but we toss our parents some cash for it. If you parents chap ass, then offer to pay for the extra money on the bills.
