Can someone tell me how to start the seeds?

So this is my first ever hydro grow, and I was hoping someone can explain to me how i take the germinated seeds and start them in my rockwool. I plant them in the hydro white tip down but then how to i water them? should i just give them a little water a few times a day before i put them in my ebb and flo system ? i think if i put them into my water farm there going to drown when it floods,

basically, once i have my germinated seeds, how to i get them transplanted in the hydro

dumb question but a little advice would be great...

I dont do dro (i'll smoke it though ) but after they germ you put them in your medium and go from there .. When the unit floods .. It drains too dont it ?

when i germinate seeds for soil i put them in a cup of water until they sink, usually a day, then i wrap them in a moist papertowel and keep it moist until they start to sprout. You can put them in rockwool when they look like a little sperm or you can keep them wrapped up until the shell comes off and you can see the first two leaves.

I think if you wait until the shell is off the first two leaves can be sticking ot of the rockwool.

I just leave mine in a cup of water until the little sprout is 1/2 inch long then move it into whatever im growing it in. Ive had perfect success with this method on the last 25 seeds ive germinated.
