20/20/20 is fine. you could use that the whole grow. I would wait for soil to dry out. give them about a 1/4 strength feeding and keep an eye on the new growth.
i dried out the soil for four days because the leaves were drooping before feeding them again and now these spots have appeared two days after the feed

Don't cut off any leaves, those leaves are nutrient reserves for the plant, if they are a little light on nutrients then they rely on those leaves to feed from, not to mention it is the leaves that cause the photosynthesis and make the plant grow.

Some plants are a little slow getting started and some aren't, I wouldn't worry too much about how big the plant is 3 weeks in, worry more about how the new growth looks and keeping an eye out for any deficiencies, making sure they aren't getting droopy, ect

Nobody has mentioned the Ph value yet? It looks like a Ph fluctuation to me. I would suggest recalibrating your Ph meter. But that's just coming from the info given. It's difficult to give any better info TBH.

What Lights are you using?
What's the grow medium?
What's the Humidity?
What is 'light feeding'?
Temperatures?

If you expect a solution, I would suggest giving all info possible for others to give credible answers.

Good luck with your grow:leaf:
