Can someone identify this deficiency or tell me what is causing it

Started out with the top of the leaf literally crumbling off (where brown spots are) and it was only the top of the leaf that this happen to
.... and yes I know I started to get nute burn

Possibly Ph affecting uptake.

Probably pot size just transplanted and they were root bound to the point of roots dying and coming back and repeating
