Can somebody teach me how to nute?

Hello all!
I've beed growing for 2years now and I've had successful grows resulting in really nice buds, but I'm never satisfied with how the plants turn out...

I try really hard but it seems like I can't for the life of me get a plant through its life cycle without getting severe nutrients issues. I'm using the Flora trio since my first time growing.

This time I started at half strenght once every two watering, which caused N clawing even though I was still vegging... So I pulled back at quater strenght, which caused a deficiency early flower... So I added some more, and now I get nute burn fucking up my precious sugar leaves in late flower!
I don't understand how I could accurately dose my plants with less guesswork and it's getting really annoying :-?

I ask myself questions like
-how often should I feed?
-Does frequency change? (in veg, stretch, flowering, late flowering)
-How is N tox clawing even possible using half strenght (in veg!) ?
-Should I keep feeding my plant once pistils start turning amber?
-when should I start flushing? mostly cloudy? 50/50? first amber?

If any of you have time to spare and an anwsear to one or several of my question I'd really appreciate it!
I wanted to get something like Gaia green dry amendement because I see really nice results by MrKanucksGrow but sadly I would have to import it from canada to europe...
If somebody knows of a similarly useful organic dry amendment that's available in europe that would be bomb!

Thanks you all for reading :)

if you use bottled nutrients and inert media it's very easy.

if you're using soil and organic amendments and getting deficiency i'd look up a new recipe.

if you're using bottled nutes and inert media get a PPM meter. Feed at 600-800 ppm and check run off ppm. Then adjust your feed so that your runoff stays at a constant PPM that doesn't show any abundance or deficiency. that ppm will be different for each individual plant, but runoff between 1000-1200ppm is enough feed for most plants in my experience. i usually feed around 800 ppm at every watering to achieve this.

-depends on medium, inert: every watering, soil: only as necessary.
-always possible!
-usually yes
-depends on medium, 7-10 days pre harvest for soil, 3-5 days for hydro/soilless, i look for swollen calyxes and milky trichs.

I'll start looking into a ppm meter, I only check ph at the time.
But this brings another question.
I can't water too much. Like 1/4 liter for seedling, 1/2 liter for small plant and a 1 liter when it gets bigger.
If I water too much it takes too much time to dry out and overwatering issues start to arise.
but if I don't put minimum 2 to 3 liter in my fabric pot there's no runoff at all...
You think it's my soil and I'd get a runoff easier with coco?

You sir have been incredibly helpful!
Thanks you so much!
I'll look into it and hopefully the Sour Ripper Scrog grow I want to do next will be smooth sailing
