Can pollen be collected if a photo male is taken out of 12/12? 8 days since flip

So I’ve been treating what I thought was a feminised seed with some colloidal silver but the whole thing is sprouting balls all over. My question is can I still collect pollen if I take it out of the tent and basically treat it as a house plant. I did this before with an auto, but wondering if I can get some pollen sacs to continue to mature once removed from 12/12?
