shouldnt because by the time you buy the sheet they shouldnt be off gassing anything plus they arent a strong enough adhesive to off gas anything. Now if its treated plywood or particle board then yes it will.

Had never occurred to me, but it seems like a remote possibility. There's a lot of glue in particle board.

A coat of latex paint would seal it up, I'd think.

You might try using a lot of ventilation to see if it clears up.

The glue used in particle board is just wood glue, it doesnt gas off
