Can I use a regular tent sealed with duct tape as a grow tent?

Tents are over rated and over priced. You can get a 100x10 foot of panda plastic 75 bucks and some GORILLA tape 7 bucks. Then 60 bucks worth of 2x4 s. lastly 7 bucks in screws :) TOTAL 145.00ish

Every set up Ive had is pretty much this. The plastic will last a VERY longtime. My 2x4s probably cost me more than u cuz my rooms are pretty big, so you can probably do it cheaper. They run like a dollar 50 or so a 2x4. :)

MAKE SURE ITS GORILLA DCT TAPE NO SUBSTITUTE !!!

This is the route i took, except i used pvc instead. If i was going to do a big tent i would def use wood. And gorilla tape is a must. Had to switch to regular duct tape towards the end because i ran out of gorilla, not even the same
