Can I use a debit card to purchase seeds at Attitude?

I sent them an enquiry but they did not answer. I do not have a credit card but I do have a debit card.

I tried Green Dot prepaid Visa but it was not for international use (at least the temperary card wasn't) and requires $6 per month charge. Is there an international prepaid gift card or prepaid credit card that you can just pay for and use w/o future charges in the US?

If I use a money order will they just keep it and never say they got it?

This is odd. Attitude usually is great with communications. They do accept Debit cards. Should there be a problem, you can always go to a convenience store and buy a VISA gift card, that is applicable for use to a certain limit, after which you dispose of the card.

Use first class mail if you MUST send a money order. It is the least safe of the payment options available, and will take much longer, as they must receive the payment before they process your transaction.
You must also bear the cost of mailing your cash to them.
