Can I still LST without stressing them too much?

These are 21 days from sprout. I was out of town over Easter and had my in-laws watching them (yes, they appear to be slightly overwatered so I’ll let them dry out). After coming home it looks like some are showing their sex. Can I still LST or top some without stunting them? Three will eventually get moved outdoors.

Just skimming over this and what flashed through my mind - cannabis handles plant stress better than growers do.

Those are nice looking plants and, if I was in your shoes, I'd top them and LST them. They've got good color and they could use more light but, other than that, you're firing on all cylinders.

You just posted that you're "a newb so very cautious" - understand that completely. I've been growing 2 years and am still cautious but I've also learned that cannabis is an extremely hardy plant. Water it, feed it moderately (growers love pretty nute bottles, plants love light), keep temp + RH in range (VPD rules), and then leave it alone and things will work out just fine.

Below is a graphic from one of the Bugbee videos. It can be very handy to help growers understand the pieces that make up the growing process.

Thanks. I have been dialing up the DLI each week and plan to again tomorrow.

You can also pay attention to the tactile quality of the plant when you bend it for LST. You'll start to feel when and how much to bend before long. I usually LST through a portion of early to mid-flowering. Also depends on the plant.
