Can I grow in 1 gallon from seed to harvest?

I have 6 plants growing in 1 gallon buckets . I wish I could put them in 5 gallons but I simply dont have anymore soil. My question is will my plants die or will I get a decent harvest? Recently I noticed my plants were turning a light green color . If theres anything I can do to help my girls while there stuck in these 1 gallon pots . (Might be 2 gallons). Like maybe extra nitrogen or something. I'd really appreciate some feed back. I posted some pics.

once the soil is depleted its essentially a hydroponic media. you'll have to give them a full nutrient line. big plants in tiny pots require A LOT of irrigation. in the late stages a big plant in a 1-2 gallon will need to be watered twice a day at least.

i would highly advise to buy more soil if you can. and transplant them. they look pretty healthy.

theyre already rootbound, im sure. Couldnt you just buy more soil? My local hydro store always has a sale going on, i just got a 20g worth bag of foxfarms for like $20 last week. If you didnt wanna go crazy, id say buy one more bag, get 2gals and just transplant then flip to flower

Yes but you should've flowered them sooner. Many people grow numerous plants together in 1 gallon pots in what's called a Sea of Green method. But those should have already been flipped to 12/12 so if you haven't already do it now. You can feed them with just any base nutrients. Keep in mind that you don't want to overfeed which is easy to do in small containers.

Good luck.

One gallon containers. I usually grow in coco but these were in soil.

I've seen people grow decent plants in solo cups but very few can do it and it takes constant maintenance. Why can't you get soil?

Thanx alot for replying , and yes as soon as I can get more soil (ffhf). I will definitely transplant to 5 gallons. So ya it does dry out very fast . I'll take your advice on watering twice, cause its drying out almost immediately. Thanx again .

Thank you for the reply. And those are some beautiful girls you have there. And I recently did flip to flower, but I'm just curious on how much nutes should I be giving them . Thanx again.

When you start feeding I'd start with half what the nutrient directions state. You can always ad more but if you overfeed you can stress the plant.
