Can I Get Medical Marijuana?

i live in new hampshire and later this week they are voting on medical marijuana, i have heard that adhd is cureable by it. can i get a canibus card for adhd? i have all the documents from doctors saying that i have it, and if not what other problems other than canser and shit that i can get one for?
