basically grew Far too many in a little space and would like to Flower asap beFore they get too big

yes you can, just remember tho the smaller the plant when you flower it the smaller the yield. if youre limited on space you may want to look at LST (low stress training) plenty of guides on this site, will allow you to grow a bigger plant but still keep it contained in your small space

also is it normal to get a slight smell through the Filter?
I have 4inch rhino with 2 small bends in the ducting but can smell the air blowing out and its stinks really bad, can mask it with this industrial masker but still no good long term, i got negative pressure so its deFo not that, grow space is 110x65cm

those plants are still growing but would say they are going to be over 2 oz dry per plant, the carbon filter should remove over 90 percent of the smell
