I started this grow out with an LED. I am planning to invest into COB equipment once I get some results since this is my first grow. I have learned a lot already, I am now planning my next and better grow 
The tent is in a small room that gets pretty warm from the exhaust system. All the air just circulates throughout the room. I may invest into a small AC unit. The electrical bill went up over $100 this month so I am tying to use less power. I could throw the ballast onto 75% to decrease the power and heat.

Quick update
Here is a pic of her I got on Sunday. I took this photo just after I tucked all her tops under the scrog. I'd estimate her to have filled about 60% of the screen thus far. I'm not to far from the flip, should happen in the next few days.
As I novice grower, I really underestimated the veg. phase in order for this girl to fill the entire tent. My next grow will have 4 separate plants under the scrog, hopefully I can get my veg. period down to 1 month.

Thanks!!! I took your advice and decided to let her veg. Here's a pic from today! At this rate she needs about another week. Will update once I flip!

That looks excellent! Here is my two girls, i definitely think if you are going to scrog its best to top rather than to fim which i did, topping gives you that nice Y shape that is suited better in my opinion.
